This site links to external BenefitZone portals for employer and employee account access. SSGI does not operate these portals; they are third-party platforms with their own terms. Website hosting, security, and managed email-delivery infrastructure are used to operate the contact form and deliver accepted inquiries. No external insurance-application handoff is currently active. If additional third-party application platforms are connected in the future, they will be documented here before they are enabled.

Ask SSGI is available only when its backend status query reports ready. That status query reflects application metadata about the assistant's configured availability; it is not a live probe of the underlying inference provider's health. It otherwise fails closed without affecting the rest of the website.

Ask SSGI is an educational guide and routing assistant only. It is not a licensed broker, a coverage authority, a claims decision-maker, or a substitute for a licensed SSGI professional.

Answers provided by the assistant are general educational information, not legal, tax, financial, medical, or coverage advice.

The assistant does not submit forms, send email, schedule appointments, enroll anyone, quote coverage, or take any irreversible action on your behalf.

A session identifier is used at the backend admission controls, not in the model payload.

SSGI does not persist the conversation. The assistant keeps the conversation in ephemeral client memory only while the panel is open. Closing the panel or clearing the conversation wipes it. No transcript is stored in backend stable memory, OQL, analytics, or your browser's local or session storage. That the app does not persist conversation records does not prove the provider retains nothing; this policy makes no claim about the provider's retention or training of inputs beyond what implementation and official documentation prove.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Maryland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
