In 2020, we strengthened our capabilities by acquiring Pace Thomas Benefit Services, a well-established Bel Air, Maryland agency with over 30 years of experience. This partnership enhanced our ability to offer clients comprehensive, high-quality benefits solutions.
LAURA DECKER
Laura leads the Benefits division at SSGI, overseeing sales and client success. In addition, Laura is the Vice President of Strategic Sequoia Group Inc. She is a strong advocate for working with a broker who puts employees first and provides consistent, reliable support.
With extensive experience serving businesses of all sizes—from small teams of two to organizations with more than 1,000 employees—Laura helps clients navigate the complexities of the insurance market to secure the right coverage. She is dedicated to partnering with you to design a benefits strategy that best fits your team’s needs.
Andrew leads the operations of the SSGI Benefits division, overseeing both the strategic vision and the day-to-day functions of the organization. In addition, he serves as President of Strategic Sequoia Group Inc. and SSGI Capital.
