ABOUT SSGI
Founded in January of 2020 by the Decker family, SSGI is a successful and respected independent employee benefits insurance agency. Strategically located in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic, SSGI utilizes their expert knowledge of employee benefits to provide elite advisement and customer service nationwide from their Bel Air, Maryland offices.
In October of 2020, SSGI acquired Pace Thomas Benefit Services, a 40-year old employee benefits agency located in Bel Air, Maryland.
LAURA DECKER’S BIO
Laura is the President of SSGI’s Employee Benefits division and a believer that you should choose a broker that puts your employees first. This is why she Co-founded her own consultancy to make a change in the industry and to be a support for your team.
Since starting her career, Laura has worked with hundreds of businesses ranging in size from 2-1,000+ employees and hundreds of others to find the right coverage in the insurance market. She would absolutely love to work with you to find the best coverage.
Operations & Co-Founder
Andrew oversees the business operations at SSGI’s Benefits division, while focusing on leading SSGI’s Capital division.
