National & Large Employers

National benefits. One coordinated experience.

Bring benefits strategy, online service and administration together for a workforce that spans locations, states and business units.

SSGI combines a family-owned service model with its benefits platform and optional AI integrations, shaped around the way your organization works.

A connected benefits operation

SSGI Benefits Platform

Online service portal · Administration technology · Human accountability

One coordinated strategy across your workforce.

An operating approach. Your service configuration and integrations are agreed during onboarding.

Built around complexity

A national footprint deserves a connected benefits approach.

For organizations whose benefits needs extend beyond a single office, state or employee group.

National & multi-state employers

Coordinate the employee experience across offices, remote teams and different local markets.

Larger & complex organizations

Align leadership, HR and service partners around clear responsibilities and a consistent benefits strategy.

Growing & changing companies

Plan for new locations, acquisitions and workforce changes without losing ownership of the details.

One review. Every decision maker.

HR & benefits

Service ownership, enrollment coordination, employee communications and an escalation path across locations.

Finance & leadership

Funding trade-offs, renewal priorities, contribution strategy and the reporting needed to evaluate the program.

IT & procurement

Existing systems, proposed connections, access roles, data handling and vendor requirements before implementation.

Online service portal

A clear front door for benefits service.

The SSGI Benefits Platform gives your organization an online service destination, backed by the people responsible for your account.

  • A coordinated point of access. Bring your team into an agreed service workflow instead of relying on disconnected handoffs.
  • Access matched to responsibility. Confirm the appropriate users, roles and onboarding with your SSGI team.
  • People behind the technology. Keep a clear escalation path for questions that need an experienced person.
Visit Client Access

Access is provisioned by SSGI. Existing clients should keep using their current portal until their move is confirmed.

Administration technology

Give the work a system. Give the relationship an owner.

Connect the administrative process to your benefits strategy, with responsibilities defined across your team, SSGI and the relevant providers.

Enrollment & eligibility

Coordinate enrollment milestones, eligibility changes and the responsibilities of HR, employees and service partners.

Service & follow-through

Give benefit questions and administrative tasks a clear path to the people responsible for resolving them.

Locations & employee groups

Organize a benefits approach around your locations, employee populations and operating structure.

Renewal & implementation

Connect decisions, communications and implementation tasks to an agreed plan with named owners.

Connections to existing HR, payroll, carrier or third-party systems are reviewed individually. Integration availability, responsibilities and scope are confirmed before a connection is promised.

Optional AI integrations

Put AI to work where it earns its place.

Explore approved knowledge assistance, service triage, summaries and workflow support as separately scoped options for your organization.

Start with a defined task and the systems you already use. Agree what an integration can access, what it may do and where a person must review or approve the result.

AI support does not replace licensed advice, plan documents or the people accountable for benefits decisions.

Scope the controls before the connection.

  • Approved access: define the systems, users and data permitted for the use case.
  • Human oversight: identify the decisions and actions that require review.
  • Clear boundaries: confirm privacy, security, retention and provider requirements.
  • Agreed implementation: document availability, responsibilities, terms and any costs.

Each integration is reviewed and agreed before implementation. Do not submit employee records, health information or credentials through the public review form.

Optional AI integrations are available.

Choose a starting point for a separately scoped integration review. Each connection depends on your systems, approved information and agreed controls.

Knowledge assistance

Help employees find guidance in approved materials, with a clear path to the responsible service team.

Service coordination

Explore routing routine questions and preparing request summaries for the team that owns the next step.

Workflow support

Explore drafting communications and organizing follow-up tasks, with review before consequential actions.

Request an AI integration review

Tell us the workflow and systems you want to connect; keep the inquiry at a business-requirements level.

Benefits strategy

Keep the benefits decision at the center.

Technology supports the work. The review still starts with your workforce, budget, existing commitments and employee experience.

A coordinated transition

Start with the organization. Build the right operating plan.

  1. Map the workforce

Understand locations, employee groups, current plans, service needs and decision owners.

  2. Scope the engagement

Agree benefits priorities, portal access, administration responsibilities and any optional integrations.

  3. Plan the handoff

Document the sequence, communications and responsibilities before changes are introduced.

  4. Keep reviewing

Maintain a clear service cadence for renewals, workforce changes and improvement priorities.

Bring your RFP or evaluation checklist.

Use the review to agree the service model, implementation sequence, reporting fields and cadence, integration responsibilities and commercial scope. Confirm owners and acceptance criteria before a transition begins.

Discuss your employer requirements

Questions from national employers

Can SSGI work with a national or much larger employer?

Yes. SSGI works with national, multi-state and larger employers. We begin with your workforce footprint, current plans and service requirements, then confirm the appropriate licensed team, carrier availability and implementation scope. The review is shaped around your organization and service requirements.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not automatically. The review starts with your current HR, payroll, benefits and service workflows. We identify what should stay, where coordination can improve and which proposed connections need a separate technical review.

Is portal access available immediately?

Your SSGI team confirms access, roles and onboarding. Existing clients should use Client Access and continue with their current portal until their transition is confirmed.

Are AI integrations included by default?

No. AI integrations are optional and scoped separately. The agreed use case, systems, permissions, data handling, human review, provider terms and any costs are confirmed before implementation.
