Employers and employees use assigned workspaces to find benefits information, follow enrollment steps and contact their SSGI team. Access and available workflows depend on onboarding and the agreed configuration.

- Employee workspace: assigned next steps, benefits information and a route to SSGI for help.
- Optional HR, payroll or AI integrations require separate technical and service scoping. SSGI Payroll is planned for 2027.
