Public website
The website uses HTTPS and browser security policies that limit permitted scripts, connections and framing. Public forms include application checks intended to limit spam and duplicate submissions. Website administration and diagnostic access are restricted. These measures reduce risk; they do not guarantee that every attack or inappropriate submission will be prevented.
Our public website's hosting nodes are in the United States. Connected email, AI, telephone, analytics and insurance services have their own processing. Node location alone does not establish the location or protection of every service.
Signed-in platform
SSGI One uses signed-in identities and server-enforced account roles. Signing in alone does not provide access to an organization's benefits records. Assigned agency, employer and employee permissions determine available access.
Employer administrators can access relevant roster and enrollment information for their organization. Their role does not provide access to employees' individual help requests or private assistant conversations. Authorized agency staff handle those requests. The platform keeps change-history records; this is not a claim that every view is logged.
Use the appropriate channel
Use designated service workflows and provide only necessary information. Do not place Social Security numbers, financial-account details, passwords or security codes in general messages or unrequested uploads. General website forms, public chat and the AI receptionist are not channels for private benefits records.
